We understand that it takes time to settle in to a new working environment but we do everything we can to make the process as easy as possible.
Telephone and computer training
Everyone has access to telephone and computer training relevant to their individual roles. Members of our Travel Service Sales team receive telephone skills coaching as well as comprehensive training on our bespoke holiday reservations system.
We hold regular product training sessions provided by internal specialists with external trainers visiting from key suppliers such as ferry companies and insurers. Our most popular training event is our annual overseas 'educational' where we take all staff from all parts of the business on an expenses-paid trip to experience our holidays at first hand
